Zion Mountain Folk

Zion Mountain Folk was a Christian Bluegrass/Folk group in the 70s and early 80s who recorded and performed all their own original songs. They were a part of the 70s Jesus Music movement that launched the music format "Contemporary Christian Music." They were one of the only Bluegrass/Folk music groups at the time in that new national music movement. Zion Mountain Folk was comprised of Steve Smith on guitar, Ruth Smith on mandolin, and Harry Browning on banjo.
